Three generations of precision manufacturing
Precision Components is a precision machining and manufacturing company specializing in rotary transfer machine components, tooling, and precision production parts from prototype through medium- and high-volume production.
Our history
When Stan Koziski started Precision Sharpening back in 1959, he might not have envisioned the high-tech operation that Precision Components is today.
After 34 years of Stan leading the business, Steve Koziski and his sister Donna Doucette became partners, purchasing the company in 1993 and moving Precision into its second generation. A 1996 name change to Precision Components more accurately reflected the company's direction manufacturing form inserts and tool holders. In 2005 Shawn Doucette joined the management team as Operations Manager, adding precision machine components specializing in rotary transfer machines, end-of-arm robot components and precision weldments.
The transition to a third generation is complete, but the growth continues. Now President & CEO, Shawn oversees a staff of highly skilled professionals in two locations. In 2025, after decades of earning industry accolades, Precision Components joined hands with world-renowned machine builder Hydromat Inc., becoming the Canadian distributor for their rotary transfer machines.
